I design and manage end-to-end media systems that connect original creative work, AI-assisted production, video workflows, distribution, audience development, and performance analytics. Since launching the Cosmic Gnarly YouTube channel in December 2025, I have built a repeatable monthly release operation generating more than 8 million channel views, 1.1K+ subscribers, and seven original music videos exceeding 1 million views—all within the channel’s first 10 months.

End-to-End Production Pipeline

1. Original Creation
Write original lyrics, develop musical ideas, record guitar parts, and establish the creative direction.
2. AI-Assisted Music Production
Transform original recordings and songwriting into completed arrangements using iterative prompting, performance direction, editing, and quality control.
3. Visual Development
Create concepts, storyboards, recurring characters, cinematic environments, and consistent visual assets using Gemini and other generative-image tools.
4. Video Production
Turn still imagery into full music videos using Grok, Neural Frames, and additional AI video workflows, including scene continuity, motion direction, editing, and final delivery.
5. Distribution and Release Operations
Coordinate audio and video delivery through DistroKid, DistroVid, VEVO, YouTube, Spotify, and other streaming platforms.
6. Audience Growth and Analytics
Plan and optimize campaigns through Hypeddit while measuring performance through YouTube Studio, Spotify for Artists, retention data, audience geography, and conversion signals.

Can’t Stop Looking at You — AI-Assisted Narrative Music VideoRole: Songwriter, producer, creative director, prompt designer, video editor, and release strategist.Challenge: Combine a beach-house performance with a modern Medusa story, maintaining recognizable characters, visual continuity, and carefully timed reveals across AI-generated scenes.Approach: Developed the concept, storyboard, character references, and motion direction; refined generated imagery and footage; and assembled the final video in Final Cut Pro. Coordinated distribution and adapted the finished work into vertical promotional content.Result: Completed and released a full-length music video, demonstrating an end-to-end workflow spanning creative development, generative media production, editorial quality control, and cross-platform delivery.

Fireflies at Night — Original Music Video
Role: Songwriter, producer, creative director, prompt designer, video editor, and release strategist.
Challenge: Create a cohesive long-form music video with consistent characters, environments, visual storytelling, and motion supporting the song.
Approach: Combined original songwriting and recordings with AI-assisted concept development, visual generation, motion direction, editing, VEVO distribution, and audience-growth campaigns.
Result: More than 1 million YouTube views.

Can’t Take It Away — Original Music VideoDeveloped a cinematic visual identity around coastal imagery, vintage vans, and psychedelic color, pairing original music with AI-assisted image and motion generation. Directed and edited short generated sequences into a full-length video, connecting individual shots through a consistent visual style and musical pacing.

C Change — Original Music VideoPaired an original electronic dance track with AI-assisted visual development and motion direction, carrying the Cosmic Gnarly identity into a different musical format. Managed the workflow from creative concept and generated footage through editing, distribution, and promotion.

Cosmic Tiki — Original Music VideoCombined original music, AI-assisted visuals, and video editing within the Cosmic Gnarly production and release workflow. Extended the project beyond the finished video through coordinated visual branding, release promotion, and audience-performance analysis.

Ringing in My Ears — Original Music VideoDeveloped a psychedelic visual treatment for an electronic-funk jam, using AI-assisted imagery and motion as part of the music-video production process. Combined creative direction, sequence editing, and release promotion to turn the track into a complete audiovisual project.
